i keep having these fucking dreams
where i am told a truth by a major dude
and i awake with these truths in mind
cause bro, why would a major dude lie?

brandon told me it was gonna rain the other day
and i awoke depressed
up early
can't ride to work
almost out of gas
& the smell of the rain on the pavement makes me think
i'm a kid and i can do no wrong, cause there is no wrong

but it's beautiful out and it isn't raining
my mind is lead astray simply by a major dude
it doesn't smell like rain at all

one time i had a missed call from justin
he was in town and wanted breakfast
upon waking, i showered in preparation
for a major dude
before leaving, i am confused by a tweet

when you question a MAJOR DUDE
